November Nude Art Salon - Nov 8th
Masculine Mapping: Tracing Vulnerability and Strength in the Nude Form
The season’s shifting light brings new energy to the studio—warm lamps against cool air, soft conversations over charcoal dust, the quiet rhythm of sketching bodies at ease. Join us this Saturday, November 8th, for our November Nude Art Salon: a private, clothing-optional evening of art-making, connection, and presence.
For this month’s gathering, we’re excited to introduce a collaborative project called “Masculine Mapping.” We’ll use large sheets of paper to trace relaxed silhouettes of each other, then fill these outlines with autumnal color, textures, and words—exploring the real shapes of masculinity and vulnerability in our lives. Scar, tattoo, tension, softness: where does your story live in your body? Each outline becomes both a self-portrait and a witnessed portrait, inviting us to see and be seen in community.
No experience is necessary—many guests arrive nervous and leave glowing. Bring your favorite drawing materials or just yourself and a willingness to participate. Nudity is required, but this is not a sexual space. It’s about embodiment, gentle observation, and artful connection among queer men, trans men, and AMAB folks.
We’ll begin with introductions and grounding, then warm up with a few quick sketches before moving into our collaborative “Masculine Mapping” session. Whether you’re drawing, tracing, or simply holding space, every body here becomes part of the artwork.
Space is limited. RSVP in advance through events.salonnaturale.art or email david@salonnaturale.art for details and location.
Bring a towel to sit on, some art materials, and curiosity about what could bloom when we show up, unguarded, together.
See you in the warm light, among bodies being exactly as they are.
